The article is dedicated to the 170th anniversary of the Vilyuisk (Yakutia) expedition organised by the Siberian (Irkutsk) branch of the Imperial Russian Geographical Society (1853-1885). It was led by Richard Karlovich Maack (Germ. Richard Otto Maack), a Russian naturalist of German origin and explorer of Siberia and the Far East. It also contains some information on the Pribaikalia and Transbaikalia, taken along the way during the subsequent Amur (1855-1856) and Ussuri (1859-1960) expeditions. The route, dates, and composition of the expedition are described and the contribution of the scientist to various fields of natural science and, above all, to the study of vertebrates of the region is evaluated. Scientists have identified the habitat of amphibians and reptiles (4 species), birds (121), mammals (34), which is relatively large against the background of regional studies conducted in Eastern Siberia at that time. According to the lists of bird species published in the fundamental work of the scientist "Vilyuisky district of the Yakut region" [1883-1887], the distribution of 5 species of Gallinaceous birds (Gallinaceae) in the middle of the XIX century was revealed - Hazel Grouse, Western and Black-billied Capercaillies, Black Grouse, Willow Ptarmigan. For Transbaikalia and Pribaikalia, the habitat of two more species is noted - Gray and Bearded Partridges. The Common Pheasant was accounted for by R. K. Maack only in the Amur region and the Amur region (Far East). In general, over the century and a half of the history of studying Gallinaceous birds, their species composition has practically not changed in the researcher's work area. In Yakutia, it was replenished with species from the eastern and southern regions, living there Rock Partridge and Siberian Grouse. On the scale of Eastern Siberia, only the Pheasant is currently supplementing the Gallinaceous birds list as a new species in the region, documented in the south of Eastern Siberia - in the Eastern Sayan bordering the Baikal region and in some places of Transbaikalia (not yet precisely confirmed).

The article deals with the task of text processing using neural networks to determine authorship. The relevance of this topic is due to the increasing role of artificial intelligence in various fields, including natural language processing. A practical example of implementation of neural network approach to text authorship determination using Keras Python library on Google Colaboratory platform is presented. The steps of data preparation, creation of training and test samples, model building and training are described. The obtained results demonstrate high accuracy of text authorship identification, reaching 95-98%.

The article presents an analysis of media coverage in the Sakha Republic (Yakutia) on the topic of emigration from the region and examines the impact of this news on public perception. Key tags relating to various aspects of this topic were identified for the analysis. Each tag covers a specific aspect of the issue, allowing you to consider the topic in full. A quantitative content analysis of news from various media sources was also carried out. The study included only those news resources that are included in the List of registered mass media provided by the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Communications. The analyzed publications include: global Russian online publications, such as: Gazeta.ru, Russian.rt.com, RIA Novosti, as well as regional resources: SAKHALIFE.RU, SakhaNews and Yakutia 24. The study covers the period from 2022 to 2023. The analysis showed that coverage of the topic of emigration from Yakutia varies depending on the media platform, which has a significant impact on public opinion and migration sentiment. The variety of formats for presented materials (articles, news, audio materials, videos, photographs) on most resources indicates a desire to present information about Yakutia as completely and comprehensively as possible. Such a variety of sources and approaches to coverage allows us to get a holistic picture of the media picture of the region and identify key trends in covering the problem of emigration.

In recent years, the banking business has been proactively introducing various innovations. The mortgage industry is complex and confusing, and this is primarily due to traditional and paper processes, lack of standardization, and extensive regulatory requirements. This study is justified by the fact that innovative technologies such as blockchain can be a solution to these problems. Currently, the use of blockchain in the banking sector is not sufficiently developed in Russia. Blockchain can help clients of banking organizations to purchase real estate not in weeks, but in a few minutes, without using paper workflow. The purpose of the study is to develop proposals for the introduction of innovative technology into the mortgage system of Almazergienbank JSC. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were solved: the main problems of mortgage lending in Russia were identified, the organizational and economic characteristics of Almazergienbank JSC were carried out, the analysis of mortgage lending management of Almazergienbank JSC was carried out, the analysis of the innovative activity of Almazergienbank JSC was carried out, problems were identified and recommendations for the introduction of innovative technologies into the mortgage system were proposed JSCB Almazergienbank JSC. The results of this study are the application of the recommendations received to improve the effectiveness of the application and use of new innovative technologies in the development of the bank’s mortgage system.

The purpose of the article is to scientifically substantiate the general structure, thematic content and information content of the GIS map for the project “Digitalization of the linguistic and cultural heritage of the indigenous peoples of the Arctic,” created as part of the National Spatial Data System. To study the spatial features of the distribution of languages and culture of indigenous peoples of the North, a cartographic method based on GIS technologies and geo-portal solutions was used as the most effective method for processing, analyzing, interpreting and visually presenting a large amount of information. To determine spatial qualitative characteristics and quantitative indicators, the initial information was processed taking into account the scale and selected territorial mapping grid - administrative units, natural complexes, zoning units, regular network, etc. For each of the thematic GIS layers, optimal systems of indicators and characteristics, quantitative scales, classifications, methods and means of representation, original symbol systems have been developed that meet the purpose. The research hypothesis is that the placement of the GIS project in the electronic service "Languages of Indigenous Peoples of the Arctic", which is part of the structure of the federal state information system “Unified Digital Platform “National Spatial Data System” will provide scientific, informational, methodological and factual support for developments and projects in various spheres of public life to preserve and popularize the languages and culture of indigenous peoples of the North.
