Научная новизна. В статье впервые на основе вновь вводимых в научный оборот архивных данных в сравнительном аспекте рассматриваются предложения генерал-губернаторов Сибири И. О. Селифонтова (1805 г.) и М. М. Сперанского (1822 г.), а также восточно-сибирских генерал-губернаторов С. Б. Броневского (1837 г.), В.Я. Руперта (1838 г.) и Н.Н. Муравьева-Амурского (1851 г.), направленные на административно-территориальное преобразование якутского региона. Цель - проследить тенденции и направления политического курса реформирования якутской системы управления в первой половине XIX в. в проектах и идеях генерал-губернаторов и выявить основные особенности региона, на которые обращали свое внимание представители высшей администрации Сибири в ходе разработки своих предложений. Методы исследования. В основу исследования легли историко-хронологический и историко-сравнительный методы. Результаты. Автор приходит к выводу, что предложения генерал-губернаторов были направлены на расширение самостоятельности Якутии в рамках функционирования областной формы управления. Выявлены основные региональные факторы, повлиявшие на определение статуса Якутского края. Освещается роль личности данных администраторов в формировании их политики.
Scientific novelty. In the article, for the first time, on the basis of newly introduced archival data into scientific circulation, the proposals of the Governors-General of Siberia I.O. Selifontov (1805) and M.M. Speransky (1822), as well as the East Siberian Governors-General S.B. Bronevsky (1837), V.Ya. Rupert (1838) and N.N. Muravyov-Amursky (1851) aimed at the administrative and territorial transformation of the Yakut region. The aim is to trace the trend of the political course of the reforming the Yakut management system in the first half of the 19th century in the projects and ideas of the Governors-General and to identify the main features of the region, to which representatives of the highest administration of Siberia drew their attention during the development of their proposals. Research methods. The research is based on historical-chronological and historical-comparative methods. Results. The author comes to the conclusion that the proposals of the Governors-General were aimed at expanding the independence of Yakutia within the framework of the functioning of the regional form of government. The main regional factors that influenced the determination of the status of the Yakut region have been identified. The role of the identity of these administrators in the formation of their policy is highlighted.
