The article is devoted to the analysis of the results of the State Final Attestation of 11th-graders of 2024, in particular, in specialized mathematics. The author focuses on the factors that led to the increase in the results of the Unified State Exam. Specific methodological recommendations are proposed based on a thorough analysis of the identified problems and difficulties of students in the learning process, and instructions are given for developing the professional level and improving the methodological competence of subject teachers.

Teaching and education in olonkho pedagogy are aimed at the comprehensive development of the student’s personality, the formation of ethnocultural and civic identity, the preservation and development of the olonkho language as the language of their nation. The process of teaching and education in the native language using different methods in olonkho pedagogy should stimulate children to use the knowledge they have gained in solving practical problems, to analyze, developing their own views.

The article is devoted to the study of the content of the work of management teams in improving the quality of education in the republic. The authors consider their capabilities in the successful implementation of educational policy. This form of organization of education management is presented as a means of improving the quality of education. At the beginning of the article, an attempt was made to define the concept of "municipal management team". Readers’ attention is drawn to the aspects of creating these structures, organizing their activities at the municipal and regional levels. Such forms of work as horizontal training, mentoring, participation in projects in current areas of education development are considered.The experience of differentiating the above mentioned forms is proposed using the example of an event to improve the qualifications of managers under one of the federal projects. The regional experience of holding a competition of management teams is described in sufficient detail. It is concluded that the content of the work of this dynamic structure is aimed at developing the competencies of the heads of educational organizations. The successful implementation of the educational policy of the region, and, consequently, improving the quality of education, largely depends on them.

This article is dedicated to describing the experience of conducting a pedagogical hackathon in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). The pedagogical hackathon, adapted by the Institute for Development of Education and Advanced Training named after S. N. Donskoy-II in 2019, is a unique educational event. The hackathon provides a platform for developing new educational technologies, methods, and approaches that support the resolution of current pedagogical challenges in the context of the digital transformation of education. The article highlights the significance of the hackathon in creating a new pedagogical culture, exchanging experiences among educators and developing professional pedagogical competencies. The pedagogical hackathon in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) is considered a catalyst for change in education, contributing to innovative development and enhancing the quality of educational systems.

This article reveals some pedagogical conditions for the formation of spiritual and moral values in the context of an educational organization. The problem of the formation of youth values is emphasized, which sets a priority task for society to study the value choice of children and youth at school. Data are provided reflecting the dynamics of values at the level of individual priorities, the content of the leading values of children and parents, their moral guidelines. The working program of school education is a methodological document of a teacher in the assimilation of children’s value attitudes at different levels of education.

The article considers the issue of achieving meta-subject results, which are a set of cognitive, communicative and regulatory universal educational actions as one of the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standards of Basic and Secondary General Education. The concept of meta-subject education in the studies of domestic scientists is analyzed. Based on the results of the Unified State Exam in English in the Republic of Sakha(Yakutia) in 2024, an analysis of the formation of meta-subject skills in graduates was carried out, and recommendations were developed for teachers of the republic in order to improve the teaching of the English Language.
